Hello and thank you for your interest in our home. Our current promotional rates as of August 1st 2008 are as follows: From Monday through Thursday the nightly rate is $500 per night, and from Friday through Sunday the rates are now $700 per night, with a minimum of only two night stay. If you stay for three nights or longer WE pay the $250 normal cleaning fee! Local taxes are 10% as on any legal vacation rental in the area and apply to this home rental. A $1000 deposit is paid up front but is completely refundable per terms of contract. Also, during this time only if you rent for seven nights you pay for only FIVE! Two of the weeknights free (deduct $1000)!

From September 2, 2008 until the end of October 2008 rates will be only $500 per night, any night with again more then three nights we pay the normal cleaning fee, and seven nights pay only for five! It's a great time to see Tahoe with less crowds and nicer weather for hiking, biking and other activities. Also a great time to celebrate anniversary, graduation, birthday or other special occasion limited to 10 guests maximum. Always simply tell us exactly which nights you would like and we will give you a quote. We ARE booking dates beyond November 2008 and well into 2009.

How to Make a Reservation

Feel free to ask anything in an email but what I'll need to enter into our standard contract will be exactly which nights and how many guests (up to 10 limit, same price) are staying. I'll email the contract (Word format) for you to review. When you've read and signed the contract you'll return it by fax to the number given. Once I receive it, for security reasons I'll call to get credit card information over the phone. The charges will show as coming through our Winery business which accepts thousands of charges a year and is completely secure. (We have a wine tasting room location in Tahoe too!)

More details and additional terms apply and are in our contract. Reservation is made when contract is signed and full payment is received. A cancellation before 60 days is charged 10% fee. A reservation cancelled less than 60 days is NON REFUNDABLE unless the home is rented on all of the same days or portion thereof. Be sure of your dates. A strict NO PETS policy is in effect. No events are allowed here such as weddings, receptions, etc. Excessive noise is monitored here throughout the area and fines and penalties, including having to leave the home could apply. Please be respectful to other neighbors. Up to 10 guests are allowed only. Our home is in excellent condition and we of course expect all guests to be respectful and responsible while enjoying your stay. We are more than happy to answer any questions which may effect your decision prior to booking.
